Mature individual wanted for room in comfortable house preferably long term. Must be non smoker/vaper. Full time workers only and ability to pay rent. Although the accommodation is close to a HPC bus stop, it may not be suitable for a HPC worker as in the past lodgers have found they have to be up exceptionally early in order to get to work on time as they have to get another bus want they get to the plant.

I have a lovely room to rent in a cosy house. It comes with usual mod cons. All bills included. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house is close to all amenities,. Bridgwater is 15 minutes drive and the M5 is 5 minutes drive so is therefore accessible to all other areas such as Taunton and Bristol.

The room is a double and has wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. House has a modern feel throughout, well insulated so is very warm in winter. There is a garage if you need to store anything that won’t fit in the bedroom. Must be clean tidy and reasonably quiet. I do socialised sometimes but will be still studying.

One months deposit required and one months notice together with a reference.
