This comfortable bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, small table and lots of hanging space/shelving. A desk can be provided if required.

Shared use of kitchen and dining area. Two washing machines. Use of tumble driers for small charge. Outside seating area and nice sized garden. Easy access to garage for secure bike storage. Off-street parking.

On Bristol/Bath bus route:
A4 (airport bus), 39/X39, 43 and 522. There is a Tesco, Waitrose, Iceland and a Sainsbury's Local, all within a 10 to 15 minute walk from home. The High Street offers a leisure centre, gym and numerous independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are 2 very friendly dogs and a grumpy old cat. I would consider a lodger with a small breed dog for a small additional charge. No cats though.

Current lodgers are all working professionals ages 24, 28, 30 and 50.

I am the live-in landlady and I do the main cleaning and maintenance of the home. The house is being renovated so some of the communal areas aren't pretty, but it is clean and welcoming. I will sing 90's rock songs on demand for no extra charge.

This is a multi-cultural home. I have hosted people from all over the world. I prefer professionals who work in fields that require DBS: teacher, carer, nurse etc.
