*Work outside the home during daytime hours and don't work night shifts.
*Can provide landlord/work references to cover the last 2 years (these must be from the UK).
*Can view the room in person

Shared use of kitchen and dining area. 2 washing machines and tumble drier. Outside seating area and nice sized garden. Easy access to garage for secure bike storage.

On Bristol/Bath bus route:
A4 (airport bus) a short walk and X39 5 minutes walk away. Keynsham is a convenient town with a Tesco, a Waitrose and Iceland. There is a leisure centre, gym and a high street full of shops, pubs and restaurants.

It is important that a potential lodger is comfortable around dogs. There are 2 friendly and loving dogs resident, and they can be boisterous at times. We also have a cat who lives mostly in the garage and he has access to the upstairs through a cat flap.

I am the live-in landlady and I do the main cleaning and maintenance of the home. The house is being renovated so some of the communal areas aren't pretty, but it is clean and welcoming. I will sing 90's rock songs on demand for no extra charge.

I prefer professionals who work in fields that require DBS: teacher, carer, nurse etc.
