A4 (airport bus) a short walk and X39 5 minutes walk away. Keynsham is a convenient town with a Tesco, a Waitrose and Iceland. There is a leisure centre, gym and a high street full of shops, pubs and restaurants.

There are 2 very friendly dogs and a grumpy old cat.

I am the live-in landlady and I do the main cleaning and maintenance of the home. The house is being renovated so some of the communal areas aren't pretty, but it is clean and welcoming. I will sing 90's rock songs on demand for no extra charge.

I prefer professionals who work in fields that require DBS: teacher, carer, nurse etc.
