Double room with en suite in 4 bed detached house in cul de sac, secure off street parking and space in garage for bicycle or motorbike.
Double bed with new sheets, en suite with shower, loo and basin, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, separate chest of drawers , TV and desk.
Furniture and decor can be changed if required, will be professionally deep cleaned this week after my son moved out.
Shared use of fridge/freezer and kitchen, dining room, washing machine etc ,separate bathroom by arrangement ( as I use this) lounge / library by arrangement. There is a studio workshop in the garden which you could use by arrangement .
Clean sheets and towels provided.
56 year old male professional , Uni lecturer so either away teaching or in home office WFH and marking, like art, film, cooking and reading ,I keep myself to myself but am polite and sociable ,and am often away at sculpture studio when not working .
Just me in the house though my 19 year old son may come home on the odd weekend, other room is a guest room.
Looking for quiet, tidy professional if possible, aircrew or potentially mature student though all will be considered.
Council tax Band E , wifi and utility bills inclusive.
No smoking in the house however smoking ok in rear garden covered space. May consider a long term let for someone with a cat .
Very close to Bristol Veterinary School /Uni and Airport.
May consider aircrew who need to stay and park off road for short term etc ,lets by the week etc
