En-suite double bedroom/whole flat in Long Ashton

Hello!

Im Annabelle. I have a double, en-suite bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Long Ashton. The apartment is part of a small, friendly block of 9 other flats. It has a large, airy open plan kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private outside patio.

The bedroom itself is a large en suite, and has a double bed and 2 bedside tables. There is also a large built in wardrobe.

There is on site parking, and it is a handy 10 minute drive into the centre of Bristol, or a 1 minute walk to a bus stop. There is also a Co-Op less than a 5 minute walk away.

I am looking for somebody to rent the spare room initially on a Monday-Friday temporary, short term basis, but could be longer for the right person.

I have furnished the apartment myself with all new furniture. I will be away Monday-Friday with work, so you will mostly have the place to yourself. I am looking for someone clean and tidy, who will respect my home and look after it like it is their own. This is very important for me as I’d like to be able to trust somebody to live in my space whilst I’m not there (and occasionally water my house plants 😅).

I work in the yachting industry, and am also an avid/semi professional photographer. When not working, I’m often away visiting friends/family, out riding my bike or off on an adventure/surf/hike somewhere on the coast!
