En-suite double bedroom/whole flat in Long Ashton

Hello!

Im Annabelle. I have a double, en-suite bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Long Ashton. The apartment is part of a small, friendly block of 9 other flats. It has a large, airy open plan kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private outside patio.

The bedroom itself is a large en suite, and has a double bed and 2 bedside tables. There is also a large built in wardrobe.

There is on road parking, and you will have use of my parking space in the apartment car park whilst I am away. It is a handy 10 minute drive into the centre of Bristol, or a 1 minute walk to a bus stop. There is also a Co-Op less than a 5 minute walk away.

I am looking for somebody to rent the spare room on a temporary, short term basis, until April, whilst I am away for work. I am charging £990/month, excluding bills, as you will have the entire place to yourself.

I have furnished the apartment myself with all new furniture. As I am away, and you will have the place to yourself, I am looking for someone clean and tidy, who will respect my home and look after it like it is their own. This is very important for me as I’d like to be able to trust somebody to live in my space whilst I’m not there (and occasionally water my house plants 😅). I will possibly be back for one or two weekends during this time.

I work in the yachting industry, and when I’m at home I’m a photographer. When not working, I’m often away visiting friends/family, out riding my bike or off on an adventure/surf/hike somewhere on the coast!
