Light room with parking & garden in Long Ashton

I have a king-size space in my lovely 2-bed house [rented], with shared bathroom (with bath and shower combo unit), upstairs toilet, kitchen living room, lounge space, dining room conservatory and garden, and downstairs toilet.

The house is around 15 minutes' drive to Clifton and Redland, and a few minutes' drive to Ashton Court which is wonderful for walks, runs and bike trails.

We are on a quiet road surrounded by families, and the Coop is about 5 minutes' walk away, near to several pubs (Bird in Hand, Miner's Rest) and a cafe called the Old Library.

This is not a party household, but I love to have friends round for dinner at the weekend, or go away surfing. Mid week is fairly busy for me so not as social.

I have 1 Russian Blue cat called Don who loves a cuddle in the evening, but takes himself outside during the day. I have said no for other pets, but there may be some possible exceptions, depending on the pet!

I am a physiotherapist and run a womens' health business in Redland. I like to run, eat healthy and play flamenco guitar. Absolutely love live music and the odd day festival!

I'm looking for a clean and tidy, respectful housemate, and can send through photos of the room. There's space for a king size bed and bedroom furniture.

Looking for someone from 1st October onwards, and holding viewings 28th Sept morning and evening :)
