The house is situated centrally in the village near the shops and other amenities in a cul-de-sac. Woodlands and fields close by.

There is a kitchen with a dining area and a separate living room. There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs toilet and bathroom. Centrally heated throughout with a wood burner in the living room.

The room is medium sized and furnished with a single/double sofa bed, shelf units and clothes rail. Plenty of potential for you to personalise your space.

All bills included excluding energy bill which is split equally and paid monthly in arrears.
Looking for a friendly, eco-conscious, relaxed working person or student who would like to make a home. Ideally looking for a longer term arrangement although anything over six months will be considered.
