Delightful room in spacious cottage (Mon -fri )

Please note this is Mon-Friday only will suit somebody who returns home at weekends. However I am not too worried if you would like to stay an occasional weekend as long as occupation is 5 days not seven . If you like quiet peaceful country location yet only 3 miles from Bath city centre. Bus link/easy cycle route.

Shared well equipped kitchen with space for food , bathroom Central heating, room has double bed, work desk, wifi, built in wardrobe and cupboards Shower room and toilet next to room and downstairs bathroom / toilet. Other facilities shared with easy going owner.

Cottage is in Monkton Combe a very beautiful rural village with fantastic walks, nice pub and is 1.5 mile from Bath Uni and 1 mile from Combe down shops and three miles from central Bath. On sustrans cycle network easy flat routes to Bath. Bus service to Bath. Free car parking always available. Storage for your bicycle easy ride through tunnel to Bath 20min. Great place to unwind after work in large sunny quiet garden with fantastic views.

My room is super suitable for post grad student/lecturers from Bath Uni 10m drive.
Or mon-fri business folk needing good base for nearby work in Bath,( you can cycle easily into Bath there is also a bus service) Bristol, NE Somerset. Enjoy happy easygoing household
