Master bedroom with en suite Nailsea

I am renting out the master bedroom in my home on a quiet, modern new build estate on the edge of Nailsea.
The room comes fully furnished and all bills are included
I work from home most days doing commission work and I am out on Saturdays. I have Newt- my 5 month old puppy, so you'll need to be happy living with a dog.
I am looking for someone clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I am friendly but I like a calm low-key home, so you'd suit me best if you're happy doing your own thing.
LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. This is a welcoming home where you can be yourself.
