Spacious double room in comfortable Nailsea house.

My son and I are looking for someone to share our home with us in Nailsea. It is located in the north part of the town, next to fields and woodland and has a large garden for you to relax in.
You would be sharing with myself (60) and my son (22), although both of us also spend a lot of time with our partners elsewhere. The house has four bedrooms, so there is always a spare for any visitors.
Nailsea is a good place to live, and is conveniently located, with good access to the M5, M4 and Bristol. Bus routes into the centre of Bristol take 40-50 minutes and leave every 30 minutes, just a ten minute walk from the house. There are many cafes, pubs, takeaways and restaurants and a good choice of shops including Tescos and Waitrose within easy walking distance.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and benefits from a good sized garden. There’s safe parking on the road and will often be a space on the driveway you can use. Inside, we have a large lounge, kitchen diner, downstairs wc, and utility room. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms and the main bathroom that you would share with my son. My bathroom is an en-suite. Your room is fully furnished, and there is a choice of alternative furniture, including a desk or low chair. I’m happy for you to move things round as you like between your room and the spare room.
All bills will be included within your rent, although if you are someone who works from home, we may need to negotiate a little extra for heating during the day.
In the kitchen, there is an extra fridge and freezer for you if you like, or you can share ours!
