Double room in 4 bed, 3 storey town house in Portishead - two rooms available.

Within easy walking distance of local amenities including Victorian High Street, marina, supermarkets (Waitrose, Lidl, Sainsbury's), pubs, leisure centre, gyms, library, coffee shops and Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve.

5 minute walk to the bus stops serving the rest of Portishead and direct to Bristol, Clevedon, Nailsea, Cribbs Causeway.

10 mile commute to Bristol, 16 miles to Weston-super-Mare (30 minute drive), 2 miles to Junction 19 of M5.

Shared use of kitchen, utility room, dining room with seating area, bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Use of washing machine. Shared use of garden.

The garden is a wildlife garden, so may look untidy to some, but is managed for plants and animals, with two seating areas for humans!

I live in the house, there is usually another lodger and my two grown up daughters visit from time to time. We have two cats.

I am looking for a professional, but cannot accommodate them home working I am afraid.

Bills included - gas, electric, broadband, council tax (band E). Landline not included.

You will have your own double room which is large enough to have a small seating area. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves, chest of drawers and chair. One Bedroom has a double divan bed with drawers underneath. You will need to provide your own bedding.

The room is brighter than the photographs suggest - it was difficult to show this, sorry.

I would consider letting Monday to Friday only at a reduced rate.
