Off-road parking. Good facilities in the house. Recently refurbished bathroom with good shower. Bathroom is a shared facility. All mod-cons kitchen, generously-sized utility room with washer and dryer, free broadband. The landlord is based in London but other family members live in the house. Landlord visits every now and then to catch up on maintenance. Occasional airbnbs stay over using one of the other rooms in the house. References are required. Need to be okay with dogs. Rental agreements 3-12 months considered.
