Private furnished suite of accommodation available

We have a private furnished suite of accommodation available which comprises:
• a double bedroom
• a bath/shower room
• a lounge/study/dining room, with a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace and dining/study table
• a kitchenette/utility room
• a conservatory.
Note that all the above rooms in the suite are private, except for the conservatory. The only shared facilities are the washing machine in the utility room and the the conservatory.
This accommodation is self-contained with its own access door within our owner-occupied home, and we would continue to live in our dormer bungalow.
There is an X39/A4 bus stop only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a good range of local facilities on the main A4 road, again only a few minutes‘ walk away, including a Tesco Express, pharmacy, Post Office, doctors' surgery, dentist, hairdresser, fish & chip and Chinese food takeaway and Indian and Thai restaurants. Free on-street parking is available in our road.
