We have a private furnished “student lodger” suite of accommodation available which comprises:
• a private bedroom
• a private bathroom
• a private lounge/study/dining room, with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace and dining/study table
• a kitchenette
• a conservatory
The accommodation would be within our owner-occupied home, and we would continue to live in our dormer bungalow. There is an X39/A4 bus stop only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a good range of local facilities on the main A4 road, again only a few minutes‘ walk away, including a Tesco Express, pharmacy, Post Office, doctors' surgery, dentist, hairdresser, fish & chip and Chinese food takeaway and Indian and Thai restaurants. Free on-street parking is available in our road.
