Double room available in a cute three bed cottage on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet. Surrounding gardens and fields make this a chilled place to come home to.

The property has an upstairs shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a large but cosy living room and dining room/kitchen. The garden is really spacious and semi-well kept. The bedroom can potentially come with some furniture, or if you have your own to bring it can be left empty for you. The rest of the property is for the most part furnished and I aim to add some bits moving into the New Year.

I am a friendly and social 31yr old, hoping to find a housemate that I vibe well with. Ideally someone who is happy sharing responsibilities to keep house clean tidy etc. LGBT friendly. Otis, my cat, also shares the space. Hopefully you might love cats, he will win you over either way!

There is plenty of off road parking, and the property is in a quiet, peaceful part of town with lovely walks on the doorstep.
