Single Room in Shared Cottage

Hey all,

Single room available in a cute three bed cottage, sharing with myself and one other.

The property has an upstairs shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a large but cosy living room and dining room/kitchen that are all communal. The garden is really spacious and well kept. The bedroom is unfurnished so you’d be able to kit it out how you’d like. The rest of the property is for the most part furnished and we both aim to add some bits through the next couple of months.

We are friendly, chilled and social people hoping to find a housemate that we both vibe well with, who is happy sharing responsibilities to keep house clean tidy etc. We have a 8 week old kitten moving in next week so hopefully you will like cats!

There is plenty of off road parking, and the property is in a quiet, peaceful part of town with lovely walks on the doorstep.
