A Beautiful Peaceful House To Share

This is a beautiful house that is light and bright, clean and calm. It is newly decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It has a lovely private garden with mature trees around and lots of song birds and squirrels. I am looking for someone who would appreciate this kind of tranquillity and a person who is clean, organised and quiet in the house. Although it is a 4 bedroom house, only 2 single people will live here so each person can enjoy some space and spreading out a little.
The house is on a small quiet cul-de-sac, and is large and comfortable with two sitting rooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge open plan kitchen/dining room and a utility room. The house is too big for one person alone and although I occasionally pop in to use my art space there, there is currently one lovely lady living there alone. She is a professional person working in IT and occasionally works from home in one of the bedrooms she uses as an office. She is warm and friendly and keeps the house immaculately clean. She would prefer to share the house with another female. She has two small female cats who are very timid and spend most of the day in her personal rooms in the house or outside.
Your bedroom is east facing. It is a large, double room with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The mattress on the bed is brand new. The bedroom carpet has been cleaned and the room newly decorated. You will have your own shower room with toilet that is next to your bedroom and is for your own private use. If you would like or need an office at home or would like a room for art, yoga or private sitting room/dressing room etc., there is the option of having private use of the fourth bedroom. I am happy to discuss this possibility.
It comes fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. The price includes all utility bills and council tax.
