A Beautiful Peaceful House to Share

This lovely, spacious house is light, bright, clean and calm. It is newly decorated throughout and furnished to a very high standard. It has a beautiful private garden with mature trees around and lots of song birds and squirrels. I am looking for someone who would appreciate this kind of tranquillity and a person who is clean, organised and quiet. Although it is a 4 bedroom house, only 2 single people will live here, so that each person can enjoy some space and spreading out a little.
The house is in a small quiet cul-de-sac, and is large and comfortable. You can relax in very large sitting room which is for shared use but the other tenant has her own private sitting room. Downstairs there is a shower and loo, a huge open plan kitchen/dining room/conservatoty area and a utility room. The house is too big for one person alone and although I occasionally I am there to use my art space and prepare for my trips away, there most often is just one other person sharing with you. She is a professional person working in I. T and often works from home (in one of the bedrooms she uses as an office). She is warm, kind and friendly and keeps the house immaculately clean and would prefer to share the house with another female. She has two small female cats, who are very timid and spend most of the day in her personal rooms in the house or outside.
You will have a lovely east facing bedroom. It is a large, double room recently decorated and the carpet cleaned. There is a large fitted wardrobes with shelves and bedside tables. The previous have preferred to bring or buy their own bed, so you are welcome to bring your own bed and any extra bedroom furniture you would like. However, if you need to me to supply a bed I can arrange for that. There is a shower room with toilet close to your room that you will share with me when I am here.
The house is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. The price includes all utility bills and council tax. The garage is used for storage but there is a drive where one car can be parked or plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac. It is a happy home, that is and has been loved and it's full of bright, positive energy which you will sense as soon as you walk through the door.
