Located less than 1 mile from Hinkley Campus. 15 minute walk, 4 minute cycle or 3 minute drive.

I have two double rooms (1 with ensuite) available to rent on a short term winter let basis (until March 2027)

The ensuite double room has its own lounge and study area downstairs which can be accessed independently from the main house, and has a private staircase to the bedroom.

The second room has a large walk-in dressing room which could also be used as office space due to its size. This room shares a bathroom with one other room (landlord) who stays at the property 2-3 nights a week.

The Annexe is a separate dwelling from the house with its own private entrance, kitchenette, lounge, bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

There is a large garage for storage of bicycles, motorcycles or other small vehicles, and there is parking for three vehicles in addition to the landlord's.

This is a short term let with a maximum of 6 months due to the property being sold.

There is a fair use policy for electricity with the first £175 per month being paid for by the landlord. Any additional electricity will be charged equally to all tenants and landlord.

Council Tax, Water, Satellite Wi-Fi, and Heating is included.

The Annexe is supplied with dual gas bottles which are not included in the bills however, these only supply one small gas fire in the lounge.

The property has shared gardens and access to workshop space should you wish to use any.

Strictly no smoking. Zero tolerance to drug/alcohol abuse.

Ideal housemates will be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm due to close proximity of neighbouring properties.
