The House has plenty of communal living space.. A good sized lounge with flat screen television, sofa and chairs, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Centrally located it's just a few minutes to walk to the high street, a major supermarket and the Hinkley point pick up point.

The room is on the first floor. It’s got plenty of sockets and is wired for a television. The house has great commercial grade Wi-Fi. The room comes with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and nightstand as well as shelving. The room will be redecorated before you move in.

There is a family sized bathroom which you share with two others. The fourth housemate has exclusive use of the downstairs shower room.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE so no arguments about whose milk it is and there is a large freestanding freezer with deep draws available for tenant use as well so everyone gets a draw and a bit. Tenants are also allocated a storage cupboard and there is plenty of space in the well laid out kitchen which also comes with a kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a dining area in the kitchen with dining table and chairs.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer with a counter space to do your folding. The use of these is included in the price. Your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, ironing board and iron are also provided.

There is a living room with sofa and armchair and a flat screen television. There are plenty of power sockets so gaming devices etc can easily be plugged in.

The house is very central, about five minutes walk to the town centre, and a major supermarket. You can have a parking space on the driveway.

The current housemates are professionals. The housemates are keen to share with people similar to themselves. It’s a calm, quiet home. It is professionally cleaned every fortnight as well.
