Double room town centre friendly professional hous

This is for a nice, light double room in a shared house, working professionals, ages between 22 and 30. They are looking for similar to join them.

The house is 2 mins from Taunton town centre, musgrove hospital is 15 mins ish easy walk, HPC pick up points are close, the bus station is 8 mins, the train station is 10 mins approx. The house is friendly and happy.

There is a shared kitchen, fully equipped, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridges (2) freezer, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery etc etc.
The shared lounge has a tv provided, sofa, small table cupboards. There is an iron and ironing board, hoover etc. The property is heated with gas central heating, set to a good temperature.

The room is a light, sunny double. It shares a large shower room with 2 other (clean and lovely!) housemates. Our fabulous cleaner comes once a fortnight for communal areas(included in the rent).
The first 3 pictures are of the room, we have had different desks and arrangement of furniture (tenants preference, the pics show both)
Bills, water, gas, electric, council tax, tv in the lounge and fast broad band also included in the rent.

The property is licensed with Taunton Council and has all of its safety certificates and checks completed. I belong to the National Residential Landlords Association and we use their gold standard letting contracts.
Deposits are lodged in a legal Government scheme and you are provide with all the legal paperwork you would expect to be given.

I have been a landlady a long time, I am responsive and helpful, we like our tenants to be happy and enjoy living in our properties!
