I am a single mum of two girls (6 and 10) who I have 70% of the time.
I have a golden doodle dog who is very sociable but not in your face, she’s hypoallergenic and very rarely barks.
I’m a paramedic and work 2 long shifts a week.
I also mountain bike and love to be outdoors.
The girls and I are often away at festivals, camping, travelling etc.

The room will have a chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed and side cabinets.

If a desk if required or preferred then this can be arranged.

We live in a 1930’s 3 bed semi detached house with a large back garden, off street parking and an outside lean to for storage.

The house is situated at the north of Taunton town, it’s a 5 minute walk to town, 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to 3 large supermarkets (tesco, LIDL and ALDI), Musgrove Park general hospital is only 15 minute walk away, GP surgery 2 minute walk away and 30 second walk away from a large community park with cafe and safe public footpaths.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 of these are decent double bedrooms (same size as each other).

I have a female lodger, 35, she is a paediatric nurse at Musgrove hospital and works long hours.

There are options to park, however it would be useful of you didn’t drive as parking would be tight otherwise. If you ride a motorbike, this would be fine as it could fit on the drive. A small car would also be easier.
