Small single room in shared house with one other. Suit someone employed but on a budget. It’s a man cave house so there's gym equipment to use too and a reasonable garden.
I use half of the small lounge as my office for my day job and the other half has weights and a treadmill. There's a reasonable sized garden to use too.
The house does have a small friendly dog so you must like animals.
