1 room now available for renting in our lovely newly redecorated, clean, warm, peaceful and friendly home.

We are situated in a cul-de-sac in a modern 4 bedroom detached house in a tucked away location in Norton Fitzwarren.

We are next to a foot / cycle path and about a 10 minute cycle to Musgrove Park Hospital or a 5 - 6 minute drive, We are close to the Silk Mills Park and Ride (approximately 3 minutes drive, 5 mins cycle or 10 mins walk). There are regular buses to MPH and into town from the Park and Ride.

Locally, there is the Cross Keys Pub or the Ring of Bells Inn a few minutes walk away. In addition to this, there is a nearby GP surgery, pharmacy, a well-stocked Co-Op, takeaways and a charity shop.

There is easy access to countryside and walks and a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house to catch bus number 25, 25a or 28 which takes you into the town centre. Alternatively, you can cycle, drive or walk into town, if you prefer.

Parking is on the street in the vicinity.

There is a lovely, large kitchen/diner with sofa which is a shared space. Patio doors open onto the patio and garden with a table and chairs. We have a large BBQ for house use and there are several fruit trees in the garden. It is a lovely peaceful spot to sit and relax. We will be relandscaping and improving the garden in the coming months.

There is also a separate utility with a washing machine and dryer.

We have fibre optic broadband wired into the house and fasr WiFi speeds.

All bills are included.

We have 2 resident cleaners to keep eveything tidy and clean!!

A lodger agreement will be provided to protect both you and us.

Blue Room (room 1) has now been let. It is a good-sized double room, which has been newly decorated and has a brand new carpet and mattress and solid oak furniture. A TV, bedding and towels are all provided, if wanted.

Green Room (room 2) is a small double bedroom which has also been newly decorated and also has a brand new carpet, mattress and solid pine furniture and a built in wardrobe. A TV, bedding and towels are all provided in this room too, if wanted.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath, all of which has been freshly upgraded.

We also have a small, timid rescue cat, who mainly keeps to herself.

We are looking for professional, respectful, friendly lodgers. Currently, both my husband and I work from home; I work as a therapist. We are both happy to interact with our lodgers and provide support if needed, but equally happy to give people space if wanted.
