NEWLY RELISTED. ROOM READY FROM 5TH JANUARY!! PLEASE SEE UPDATED PHOTOS. Hi. I live near Musgrove Hospital and have a spare room i would like to rent out. I am flexible as to how many or what nights a week it would be for, would depend on the person and their circumstances.

price to be negotiated depending on how much time you think you would want to spend. the bathroom would be shared but there are 2 toilets both with a sink.

the room available is fairly empty so you may be able to keep some bits there if you wanted to between stays. I would wish to have access to the room when you aren't there as I keep hoover etc in it.

i have 2 cats , so if you dislike or are allergic to cats, do not apply as they are part of the household and are used to being able to go in all rooms, but you can shut them out when you are in the room to sleep and the door has a bolt on it. they are both friendly and may want to visit you in your room if you let them!

i do all housework but i would expect a lodger to keep the room clean and also to clean kitchen after cooking. I am open to you doing some housework if you wished, i know some people enjoy it (I don't!). there is always plenty of room in my fridge and freezer for storage of food or drinks. You are welcome to cook when you like, I do not really do much in the kitchen.

I would not wish you to have any overnight visitors or people around.

i dont smoke, but dont mind if you do as long as its outside. i have a covered alleyway by the house so that is no problem at all for anyone who likes a smoke.

i would wish to have a proper written (but brief, not pages of it!) agreement in place prior to anyone moving in. bank deposit only. any more questions? just ask :) thanks for reading.
