Double room: full use of whole house and garden

I am looking for someone to house sit my property form 1st November (possibly the week before) whilst I am living in Sherborne until late June early July 2027. The suitable tenant will have full use of the house which is in a quiet road in a small village. Templecombe has a main line station and a fairly regular bus service to Sherborne/Yeovil and Wincanton. The village has a co-op, post office, and cafe with licence.
The property has a small garden and an off road parking space. The neighbours are young with small children and traffic is minimal.
This would suit a student or teacher as I need to return at the end of the summer term although a longer let could be negotiated if necessary.
All bills including council tax, internet and utility costs are included in the rent. A small deposit and a character reference would be required.
