Single Room In Victorian Terrace

Im a professional male 38 years old. I work locally and have found myself in a position where I have a room to rent in the Victorian terrace I rent. I have cleared this with my landlady.

I’m looking for a professional person who is considerate and will not mind me having my children to stay at weekends (not every weekend).

The room is a spacious single room on the first floor of the house shared areas of the house will be available I’m very open and social. There is a big kitchen with all appliances.

The house is a Victorian terrace and is only 5 min walk to the centre of Wellington, 5 min walk to the local park and a couple minutes to the nearest local pub. Great access to the M5 and Taunton.
