One bedroom house with patio & garden

Large, light double bedroom in a lovely terraced cottage available from mid December for a mature, responsible short term tenant. Couples are welcome but rent will be higher. I’m looking for considerate, environmentally conscious people who are fully on board with recycling and able to keep the place clean and tidy. You’ll have your own bathroom, located downstairs. I sleep and shower in my garden cabin and we’d be sharing the kitchen, dining room, patio and front entrance. The bedroom overlooks the garden and has plenty of work space, shelving, a chest of draws and wardrobe. Downstairs is a small front entrance room with tv, wood burner and sofa bed for overnight guests. In the centre of the house is an open plan living room leading to the bathroom and kitchen which has a back door to the patio and garden. Wellington town centre is a 5 minute drive away, or a 20 minute walk. M5 is less than 10 minutes and it’s about 20/25 minutes to Taunton. There’s a bus stop very near as well as a One Stop shop open until late. We’re also close to some lovely walks and countryside. This could be for you if you’re looking for somewhere temporary, enjoy a peaceful space and don’t mind sharing some of it.
