One bedroom house with patio

I have a lovely house and garden with a large, light double bedroom available from November, possibly earlier, for a mature, responsible short term tenant. Couples may be considered but rent will be higher. I’m looking for someone considerate, environmentally conscious, willing to recycle and keep the place clean and tidy. You’ll have your own bathroom, located downstairs. I sleep and shower in my garden cabin and we’d be sharing the kitchen, dining room, garden and front entrance. If, like me, you’re someone who likes your own space or needs regular alone time, this is easily arranged. The house is a terraced cottage a few minutes drive or 25 mins walk from Wellington town centre, near lovely countryside and an hour’s drive from beautiful beaches. It’s 10 mins from the M5 and 25 mins from Taunton. There’s a bus stop very nearby and a One Stop shop open until late. The large double bedroom overlooks the garden and has plenty of work space, shelving, a chest of draws and wardrobe. Downstairs is a small front entrance room with tv, wood burner and sofa bed for overnight guests. In the centre of the house is an open plan living room leading to the bathroom and kitchen which has a back door to the patio and garden. This could be for you if you’re looking for somewhere temporary, enjoy a peaceful space and don’t mind sharing some of it.
