One bedroom house with patio

I’m looking for a short term tenant (max 6 months, possibly a bit longer), someone mature, responsible, considerate, environmentally conscious, willing to recycle and keep the place clean and tidy. I have a lovely house and garden with a large, light double bedroom to let while I finish work on the garden and cabin. I’m using the cabin to sleep, shower and work in, but still need to use the house, mainly for the washing machine, cooking and the occasional bath. So we’d be sharing the kitchen, dining room, garden and front entrance, but if, like me, you’re someone who likes your own space or needs regular alone time this is easily arranged. The house is a terraced cottage a few minutes drive or 25 mins walk from Wellington town centre, near lovely countryside and an hour’s drive from beautiful beaches. It’s 10 mins from the M5 and 25 mins from Taunton. There’s a bus stop very nearby and a One Stop shop open until late. The double bedroom overlooks the garden and has plenty of work/yoga space, shelving, a chest of draws and wardrobe. Downstairs is a small front entrance room with tv, wood burner and sofa bed for overnight guests. In the centre of the house is an open plan living room leading to the bathroom and kitchen which has a back door to the patio and garden. This could be for you if you’re looking for somewhere temporary, like a peaceful space and don’t mind occasionally sharing some of it.
