This is a lovely large attic room with a newly installed en suite. The room is technically available from Jan 1 2026 but may be free sooner.

All bills are included, and I am happy to negotiate a cheaper rent for Monday to Friday/ Sunday to Thursday rent.

I work from home and am around a lot in the daytime.

The accommodation is central Wellington, (although tucked away from main road) so easy walking access to the shops/cinema/sports centre, etc, but also very close to countryside walks.

Close and easy access to M5 and A38.
Wellington is a thriving, friendly community; lots going on here and easy engagement.
