The room includes the double bed, wardrobes, a small 2-seat sofa, and a chest drawer. This is a maisonette so you’ll have ur own floor basically. Sharing space, Kitchen and Bathroom, as a lodging and not a tenancy agreement, House rules are in place for the wellbeing of cohabitant, and avoids overlaps in the common areas.
