Room to let in shared house close to town centre

double room, another coming empty soon. Share kitchen, bathroom and dining room. There is a TV lounge and will be a choice of two rooms, might consier a couple if they wanted one bedroom and use the other room for a sitting room. We are on the main bus route, there is parking outside but its first come basis.
Its a friendly house and the landlord lives next door in case of any work needed to be done
