Double or single room in lovely house with garden

The house is in a very quiet area in West Pennard, 8 minutes drive from Glastonbury. There are fields behind the church, perfect for walking, they overlook an amazing landscape with views of Glastonbury tor.
Single or double bedroom; shared spacious bathroom and very nice shared kitchen with an induction hob and seated area.; a fridge and washing machine to yourself, and the garden is self-contained.
It's in a lovely location, with nice neighbours. Car is essential.
Wired internet is available, but unfortunately no wi-fi or very much mobile signal except upstairs where the bedrooms are.
I am a very alternative person; at one time I was running a retreat centre. Yoga and spirituality are central to my life, gardening and nature! I trained in alternative therapies, archaeology and yoga.
I am ideally looking for someone who loves the countryside, who's fairly tidy and will be respectful of the house and with reliable income. Bills are included in rent.
The tenant also needs to be happy sometimes to house sit . House sitting duties will include mowing the lawn, watering plants. I would welcome gardening help occasionally but not essential.
