En-suite Attic Room near Hospital and beach

Hello! I have a king sized ensuite room with views over to Bream, near the beach, town and Hospital. Fortnightly cleaner.

It's in Weston super Mare not Bristol.

This is a lovely attic room with an en-suite and additional massive cupboard for storage (not in pics) view over to Bream, and a skylight.

Please note these pictures are Air B&B pics, there is different furniture in there now. I will update them. The kingsize bed and wardrobe are still there.

The kitchen is fully functional, and great for cooking in, and socialising. There is a sofa and TV in there.
The decor is a work in progress due to a previous leak that is fixed.

This is a home, we're up early for work. it’s respectful both of each other and the neighbours, who is a friend in the downstairs flat.

There is a Proper Job, mini-Morrisons and two car mechanics all around the corner. And a brilliant charity shop!

- There is a fortnightly cleaner. She does the main communal spaces and this en-suite.
- All smoking and vaping outside only please.
- Sorry it's not suitable for working from home.
- It is not suitable for nocturnal people.
- There is a loft space via the en-suite. I do do sometimes need access to this. It will always be pre-arranged, unless there was some kinda emergency.


As you can see the ad, the room is available. Please let me know a bit about yourself, this saves us both time on wasted viewings. Initial chats will be done online rather than at the house.
