Rooms Near Hospital

Hello! I have a double sized room with sofa and TV near the beach, town and Hospital available.

It's in Weston super Mare not Bristol.

As you can see the ad, the room is available. Please let me know a bit about yourself, this saves us both time on wasted viewings.

This is a home, not a HMO rental property.

There is a Proper Job, mini-Morrisons and two car mechanics all around the corner. And a brilliant charity shop!

- All smoking or vaping outside only please.
- Sorry it's not suitable for working from home.
- Vegetarians preferred. Or people who don't eat meat for every meal. One room mate does eat meat, but not often and she has her own pans.

The kitchen is fully functional, the decor is a work in progress due to a leak that is fixed. Progress is happening!

⏰ This isn’t a party house; we're up early for work. it’s respectful both of each other and the neighbours. It is not suitable for nocturnal people.
