Tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined street, this upstairs maisonette offers a perfect place to chill out. Both rooms have their own sofa, TV and a cleaner is included.

Nestled near the beach golf course, you can enjoy a stroll to the nearby park and beach, soaking in the beauty of nature just moments from the doorstep.
It is within walking distance to the General Hospital.
There is a post office with a shop, chip shop, Proper Job, mini-Morrisons and two car mechanics all around the corner.

🌱 A Meat-Free Haven
This is a meat and fish-free house. Naturally what you eat outside is up to you I prefer not to have it in the house.

⏰ This isn’t a party house; it’s respectful both of each other and the neighbours. It is not suitable for nocturnal people.

🌊 Future Roommate Alert!
Currently, it's just myself here, but I will also rent out the front room and in the summer holidays the top room may be available for Air BnB guests. I haven’t decided on that yet.

Parking is normally fine, either in this street or the one behind.
