Double Room | near Hospital & beach | Cleaner inc

Hello! I have a large doube room, with sofa and large wardrobe coming available.

- Fortnightly cleaner.
- It's a hop, skip and jump to the beach, town and Hospital.

IMPORTANT! It's in Weston super Mare not Bristol.

This is a lovely room, the last lady has been very happy here, she's taken a job elsewhere, hence leaving.

The kitchen is fully functional, and great for cooking in, and socialising. There is a sofa and TV in there. I like to keep the vibe homly.

The decor is a work in progress due to a previous leak that is now fixed. A home is always a 'work in progress' I've leant since getting one!

This is a home, we're up early for work. it’s respectful both of each other and the neighbours, who is a friend in the downstairs flat.

There is a Proper Job, mini-Morrisons and two car mechanics all around the corner. And a brilliant charity shop! The chippy was the best in town, alas it's shut. BUT a new corner shop has opened and they have some of the best curries in there I have ever eaten. For £3. What's not to love?!

This is suitable for working, considerate people. Who enjoy being at home, and have a life outside of it!
I do prefer some one who is happy to eat veggi (not be veggi that's your choice) one guy isn't and very occasionally eats meat, though he said he doesn't need to if this is an issue.

- There is a fortnightly cleaner. She does the main communal spaces. She could do your room.
- I'm flexible with her, if she needs time fo for her kid for example,. she has it. So you'll need to be flexible too.
- All smoking and vaping outside only please.
- Sorry it's not suitable for working from home.
- It is not suitable for nocturnal people.

- As you can see the ad, the room is available.

- Please let me know a bit about yourself, this saves us both time on wasted viewings.
- Initial chats will be done online rather than at the home. Again saving us both time.
