Short-Term Rental House Rules
​Welcome to our property! To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for everyone, please carefully read and adhere to the following strict house rules:
​1. Substance Policy (Strictly Enforced)
​No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises (both indoors and outdoors).
​No Alcohol: Consumption or possession of alcohol on the property is strictly forbidden.
​2. Noise & Quiet Hours
​Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. High noise levels, loud music, and shouting are strictly prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
​3. Guests & Occupancy
​Registered Guests Only: Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time. Only the guests listed in the original booking are permitted inside.
​No Parties or Events: Gathering or hosting parties of any kind is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

​5. Furniture & Property Care
​Do Not Rearrange Furniture: Moving or rearranging furniture in bedrooms or any other rooms is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to floors and walls.
​Bed Care & Weight Limit: The bed structure is delicate. Jumping on the bed is strictly prohibited. The maximum weight limit is 120 kg. This safety rule must be strictly adhered to.
​Damage Policy: Guests will be held fully liable for any damages, breakage, or loss caused to the property or its contents.
​6. Kitchen & Food Usage
​Light Kitchen Use Only: The kitchen facilities are restricted to storing and preparing quick meals/snacks only (e. g., using the refrigerator, kettle, or microwave). Heavy cooking or preparing large meals is not permitted.
​7. Bathroom Usage
​Proper Use of Facilities: For safety and hygiene reasons, all bathroom appliances and fixtures must be used strictly in accordance with their intended purpose.
​Toilet Etiquette: Please use the toilet in a seated position. Do not drink the water located there!
​Sink Usage: Sinks are strictly reserved for washing hands and face, and for basic oral hygiene. Please do not use the sink to wash feet or other parts of the body.
​Floor Care: Please take care to avoid splashing water outside the shower or bathtub area. For safety reasons (to prevent slip hazards), the floor must be kept dry at all times.
​8. Additional Rules & Legal Terms
​Key & Security Care: Duplicating keys is strictly prohibited. Always ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property.
​No Business or Commercial Activity: Operating any type of business, commercial activity, photoshoots, or filming on the premises is strictly prohibited.
​Cleanliness: Guests are required to keep the property clean and orderly during their stay. In cases of excessive mess requiring deep cleaning, an additional fee may be charged.
​Breach of House Rules: In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately and request that guests leave the premises. Any refund for unused nights or retention of the security deposit will be assessed on an individual basis, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
