Hello,

I'm renting out my spacious master bedroom in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The room is fully furnished and benefits from ample storage space, a flat-screen TV, and access to driveway parking.

The property is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the local train station, offering excellent transport links into Bristol and London.

I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going, and tidy working professional to share my home. You'll be living with me, Alex, the live-in landlord. I'm very relaxed and easy-going, and due to work commitments I'm usually away Monday to Friday. I also often spend weekends with my partner or family, so you'll have the house to yourself much of the time.

For peace of mind, I will be carrying out reference checks through SpareRoom. You will therefore need to provide an employer reference and details of your current or previous landlord (where applicable).
