Double bed sitting room, Bathroom, shared Kitchen

Hello ! I am putting this up a little to early as I complete end of November and move in!
It's a great semi - detached house over 3 levels - two WC, but at present one large bathroom - I will be adding an extra shower room - so by New year - I am offering a large room,, shower room and large friendly Kitchen.

I will not be sharing other parts of the house - so it is really for someone who is a professional and comes home to relax, and enjoy the tranquility of their cosy (large) bed sitting room -

The kitchen is country style with flagstone floor and a great kitchen table.

I am away now and then on contracts and would then offer up my parking space outside - otherwise there is close by parking areas as Wincanton is pretty small lets face it!

I am a mature professional, friendly and welcoming - I have rented out a room in Bristol for over 15 years successfully often to visiting actors short term, mature PHD students at the university, or professionals. I also (before Covid) only had monday to friday !
