Small Double Room to Rent

Small double room to rent in a fairly quiet house placed very close to Yeovil Hospital. Any new tenant would have access to a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as a small patio garden.

The price posted includes all bills as well as internet, we would also require a security deposit equal to a months rent.

Current household is home to 2 men in their mid 20’s, both working professionals. We may occasionally invite friends round for board games, movie nights or just to socialise. We tend to not go on too late, or at least keep it quiet to respect our neighbours, given that this is a fairly quiet road. Additionally, there is a chance of gaining a furry friend in our house in the form of a cat, so if you have any allergies or objections to this, it may not be worth the risk of moving in.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, cleans up after themselves and has the guarantee of paying rent on time. Whilst we haven’t advertised as such, we’d prefer a professional to move in, though we are open to students who have the means to pay rent.
