Compact double in large 3 storey period house

The room available is a compact warm and quiet double room with built in wardrobe, desk shelves, tv point and broadband. The occupant would principally be sharing a bathroom with one other. I am away a lot with my work and i am looking for a self sufficient tidy and practical person. There is no offstreet parking but there is a car park and plenty of street parking outside normally. the house is quite large with ten rooms in total and the occupant can mix or keep private as desired. There is a similarly private garden divided into room areas. It is a quiet location yet in the centre of the village with all conveniences to hand.
