Lovely double bedroom in 3 bed house

Close to USW and UHW.
Lovely but small double bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom clean and tidy house available from 1st June.
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, strictly non smoking (including joints and vape) house mate who besides taking their work/studies seriously doesn’t only want a roof above their head but would be happy to have a chat/board game night with existing house mates but equally respect each other’s privacy. This is not a party house, but we’re all sociable individuals. We share the housework weekly, therefore I’m looking for someone who can appreciate a clean house and contribute to keeping it clean regularly.
You must be a dog lover as we sometimes ’host’ my daughter’s dog.
The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and the house comes with a big kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, conservatory and garden.
We have a washing machine, dishwasher, a fully equipped new kitchen and I can give you beddings and towels as well if you don’t want to bring them with you (especially from abroad).
Parking is easy in front of the house and we have a bike stand as well with a camera above it.
Aldi, Tesco, B&M, Pure Gym, KFC and Greggs are within 2-3 minutes walk and so is the park. The city centre is about 35 minutes walk away, 15 minutes by bus and Cardiff uni can also be reached easily.
No couples please.
