Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single lodger) available for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 successive weeks (or up to a month potentially).
For a 1 week stay the price is £195 (ALL BILLS included).
The price INCLUDES ALL bills and excellent wifi.
It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.
My name is David and I own the house.
My bedroom is in the loft space.
There will be 1 other lodger staying at the house for the months of September/October - in the double bedroom - so for the most part, there will be 3 people sharing the whole house.
I have attached pictures of the house.
I have a relaxed attitude to nudity in the household so a relaxed and open attitude is preferred.
No smoking or pets.
