Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single lodger) available for 5 weeks

It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.

My name is David and I own the house.
I will be living away in London for most of the above period.

There will be 1 other male lodger (age 30) staying at the house during this period.

I have attached pictures of the house

The price is £575 per month and includes ALL bills and excellent wifi and for the full 5 week period the total price is £695

No smoking or pets.
