My name is David and I own the house.
I will be away in London most of the time but maybe back to Cardiff for some weekends.
I will be sleeping in my loft bedroom when I'm back in Cardiff.
There is one other lodger in the main double bedroom - he is Swiss, speaks English and French, is 24, and is an Erasmus student at Cardiff University.
(The room is currently available until January 30th but potentially available until February 20th)
I have attached pictures of the house.
The price £495 and includes all bills and excellent wifi.
No smoking or pets.
