Single room available from March 1st for 3 months

Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single lodger) available for 3 months

It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.

My name is David and I own the house.
I will be living away in London for most of the above period. When I’m back in Cardiff I will stay in the loft bedroom.

There will probably be 1 other lodger staying at the house during this period in the double bedroom.

I have attached pictures of the house.

The price is £575 per month and includes ALL bills and excellent wifi.

No smoking or pets.
