Single room offered in a lovely vintage style house in Roath, Cardiff. (for a single lodger) available for 5 months (minimum 3 months)

It doesn't have an ensuite bathroom but the bathroom is right next door to the single bedroom.

My name is David and I own the house.

I will be living away in London for a lot of the above period but will be back home for the odd week/weekend. When I’m back in Cardiff, I will stay in the loft bedroom.

There may be 1 other lodger staying at the house during this period in the double bedroom, so the 3 bedroom, 3 storey house will, for the most part, have just 2 people sharing it, possibly even just yourself.

I have attached pictures of the house.

The price is £595 per month and INCLUDES ALL bills and excellent wifi.

I have a relaxed attitude to nudity in the household so a relaxed and open attitude is preferred.

No smoking or pets.
