Rooms in renovated house in splott

Im Nick I work alot of nightshifts ,im generally home in the day and in work in the night. I enjoy a pint and watching the football/rugby when not in work . I'm easy going and like a bit of banter. I try not to take life to seriously. Looking for clean and tidy lodgers, happy if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself or have a beer in the garden . 😊
Clean and tidy house . 15 min walk to town . Close to shops and 10 min walk to Lidl. Queen st train station is a bout 15 min walk . The bus stop is under a 5 min walk.
No smoking inside the house (garden is fine ,I smoke myself)
Bedroom 1 - Has its own sitting room double bed ,wardrobe and chest of draws, private sitting room has tv bracket sideboard and large coffee table. It also has garden access handy if you smoke .
Bedroom 2 - large room double bed ,wardrobe and plenty of storage also has a small double sofa.
The living room is small but cosy with a smart television.
The kitchen has everything you need . Washing machine ,oven, hob , toaster, air fryer and a small George forman.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
