We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely house on Moy Road. We currently have three fun and friendly mid twenty year old professional females, and we are looking for one more to make the household complete.

Housemates have a mixture of jobs, from creative to science, but all work relatively normal working hours (no shift work etc.). Between them they have lots of hobbies! Cooking, plants, netball, women’s football, music, going to the beach, TV/films, charity shopping, and more. They enjoy nights in and out, and both their own space and company. It has a homely feel to the house and we’re hoping to find the right person to make a happy household. Keeping the house clean, tidy and in good condition is important to both the tenants and us.

The room is a delightful large upstairs room at the front of the house. It is fully furnished at a price of 625 pcm.
Price includes council tax, TV license, water, and broadband. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity.

The location is ideal, a stones throw from the buzzing Albany Road and Wellfield Road, as well as Roath park and lake. A 15 minute walk to city centre, and on main bus route. Parking is on the road, and permits are available.

Every room is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the garden is perfect for BBQ’s in the summer.
