We have 1 room becoming available early December in this lovely modern, recently refurbished shared house in Cathays, only minutes walk from the beautiful Roath Park lake, and 20 minutes walk Heath Hospital. Cardiff city centre is approximately 30 minutes walk or within minutes via bus routes.

The room is situated on the ground floor to the centre of the property, with a window to the rear garden.

There is a downstairs WC, as well as two shower rooms with WC on the upper floor.

The 4 other housemates are all female professionals and are a friendly group who enjoy socialising together.

All bills are included (including council tax), high speed Wi-fi is provided. Utilities include washing machine, tumble drier, oven, microwave and generous fridge/freezer space.

There is a private rear garden with seating area and rear lane access if required. There is a weekly cleaning service for the communal areas.

We will be arranging viewings starting soon. If you are interested in viewing a room please respond giving as much information as you can regarding your job status, desired move in dates and interests. Daytime viewings are preferred if possible.

We expect demand for this room to be high so unfortunately we cannot guarantee to give viewings to everyone who requests one.
