This is a very quiet house, so I am looking for a quiet tenant who wants to live in a clean and tidy house at all times, and is respectful of it and the other sharers (in the interests of friendship and harmony) and prepared to pull their weight. The cost of a cleaner to clean the kitchen and shower room fortnightly is included.
Looking for someone to create a balanced environment within the house who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, someone genuine and caring who values a safe and relaxed atmosphere. I am a very hands on and obliging landlady and want my tenants to be happy and feel safe and supported. I attend to problems immediately.
