All a Stone drop away but with the benefit of none of the noise.

We each pay £500+We shared bills=£659 (atm £159 bills but hoping for less fron December = new deal on Gas/Electricity) + shared Council Tax Band F (unless exempted £85 approx)

The Room and house is fully furnished and warm in winter. The Room is West facing =great light; has a double bed, large desk, chair, clothes rack, shelve storage and large mirror + overlooks the back garden. The room has a bit of Extra storage in the airing/heating room with a cupboard if needing extra storage.

Great Wifi (we all work occasionally from home)

Residential parking permits are available from City Council but it's relatively easy to find parking.

We are at present 3 females sharing the whole house: Living room; Dinning room, Kitchen, Bathroom (full bath+great shower), Storage room, Bike room and a very pleasant South/West facing Garden where we have some success with herbs, some veg and berries.

The house has a side entrance to the garden for bike's storage.

The 3rd room is at the end of a small corridor so a bit more independent from the other two bedrooms. It has too the used of a separate wardrobe in a small adjacent heating room - if needed.

As house mates we are relaxed, friendly, independent and active professionals. Each enjoying activities like running, dancing, films, music

Room 3 Will be be vacant in December - house mate is ending her PSD work placement and returning home.
Disclosure: We prefer a 3rd woman but we are open to anyone we feel can be happy living here and we can be happy sharing with.

Generally each of us enjoy our own personal space and time, though often sharing conversations and laughter during meal preparations, at times even special events (World Cup recently) and occasionally joining neighbours events - we have great neighbours- some like the expanding their Pub quizz team.

We have a weekly rota for the cleaning of all shared areas to keep them clean and tidy.

We are looking for a professional or a mature student (fully house trained) respectful and trustworthy. A person of good nature, friendly, sociable, which is respectful of personal space, who appreciates a clean, peaceful, happy and friendly home.
