Housing Benefit & Universal Credit Accepted

*Housing Benefit
*Rent in arrears

Depending on your current housing entitlement your housing costs maybe covered 100% by your Housing Benefit award or the Housing Element of your Universal Credit.

Maximum weekly top up payable by anybody in receipt of HB or UC would be £65.34 per week

Prospective tenants will be assessed on a case by case basis and the subject to individual applicants’ circumstances and benefit entitlement.
