The rooms is located on the first floor and are bright, and fully furnished. The rooms come with a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk, double bed, and bedside table.

There is cleaner that comes out every other week to clean the communal areas. This rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and free internet.

The house is located on Mackintosh Place in Roath. With easy access to shops, restaurants and pubs, it's also on a major bus route. It's a 20 minute walk to the city centre or an 8 minute cycle. (The house is bike friendly!)
