Room with Double Bed for Professional Homeworker

Lovely comfortable room on the edge of PONCANNA with double bed, own personal en suite shower room and new furnishings.
In a house share with 6 other professionals with shared newly fitted kitchen and dining space, washing facilities and shared secure rear garden and secure bike storage.
A great place for someone wanting their own space but with fellow professionals on hand for a chat when needed.
Very well placed on the edge of Pontcanna and close to Cowbridge Road for easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and main route into the city centre. On a direct bus route into the city. Equally well placed for the Heath Hospital and links to the motorway. The centre of Cardiff is readily reached by bike or on foot if you want to avoid sitting in traffic. To make life easy for our tenants, we include all utility bills and council tax within the rent. Each room has its own personal home working space. FAST BROADBAND is available at no additional cost throughout the house.
All in all, a great living and home-working space for the right professional person.
If you are keen to arrange a viewing, please contact Jeffrey Ross and Co, Pontcanna as quickly as possible. This room is unlikely to be around for long!
