There are good bus links nearby with frequent services that take you into the city centre, Heath train stations are 20 minute walk.

No parking permits available as they've all been allocated to the current tenants. All on-street parking in this area is permit parking sorry- please consider this a non-parking area.

The existing housemates are all full time working professionals.
We are live-out landlords who are registered with rent smart Wales. We don't take deposits or agency fees. The room is for sole occupants only. No students or couples!
