The apartment is a beautifully decorated 3-bed maisonette with a relaxed boho feel (if that’s your vibe, you’ll feel right at home 😊). There are visitor parking spaces outside the property.

Only one room is being rented, so it will be just the two of us most of the time, with my partner visiting occasionally (he lives and works in Bristol, Mon–Sat).

Your bedroom comes with:

-Chest of drawers
-A wardrobe (happy to provide if needed)
-Your own private bathroom right next to the room

The shared kitchen, dining and living area is spacious, fully furnished, and well looked after.

I work remotely as a professional and value a calm, comfortable home. I’m into personal development, working out and long walks so after work you’ll find me either at the gym, outdoors or with a book/podcast & cup of tea. I enjoy a good conversation and I’ll be delighted to occasionally share a glass of % with you if that’s something you’re into.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful professional who enjoys a peaceful home and good conversation.

I have a lovely cat, so you’ll need to enjoy feline company (and be okay with the occasional meow or bit of fluff).
