Hi! I'm Ren (They/Them), a 35-year-old working professional. I own a lovely 3-bedroom terraced house in Splott and am looking for two great housemates to join me.

The House:
Sunny garden, luxury bathroom (walk-in shower + free-standing bath), separate laundry room, and an extra downstairs toilet.

Super convenient location: 17-minute walk to Cardiff City Centre, with local shops and a bakery literally 10 metres away. Post office, bus stops, chemist, and doctors are all within a two-block walk.

The Rooms Available:
Room 1 (£600/mo): Located downstairs at the front of the house. Features a super-king sofa bed, storage rails/cupboards, and a basic TV.
Room 2 (£650/mo): Large first-floor double room with a desk, drawers, and a projector setup.

The Bills (Split 3 ways):
To keep things fair and transparent, we will split the household bills equally. They average out to £128.30 each per month:

Council Tax (Band C): ~£150/mo total
Gas & Electric: £155/mo total (annual average)
Water: £80/mo total
