I am a social worker who works mainly from home. The apartment is situated in the sports village in Cardiff Bay with excellent transport links and lots of amenities within walking distance. I am looking to let to a female and would be ideal for someone working mainly in their workplace as I work from home for the majority of the time. The room is a double with a king size bed and exclusive use of shower room. I have a very friendly cat so please don’t apply if you don’t like them. The apartment block is new and everyone is very friendly here. My last lodger was with me for two and a half years before she returned home to India.
