A fixed term contract will be provided with reciepts as well. Previous landlord and agent reference is essential and employer reference. Employment contract is essential.
I carry out the checks by myself. I will need copies of updated 6 months payslip, p60, 6 months bank statements to find out if you can afford to pay me rent on time in the long term. I would need evidence of proof of address history.
