Within walking distance to Cardiff City Center with excellent transport routes and shops right next to the property, we’ve spared no expense to provide everything you can possibly need to enjoy a safe and peaceful home.

There is a large double bedroom available.

The property is over 3 floors with two well equipped kitchens. Most double rooms have micro kitchens and all rooms have en-suites so there’s plenty of space for all.

Rooms also have TVs, a desk, chairs, wardrobes and drawers.

There is a laundry room for your convenience with two washing machines and two tumble dryers, also included in the bills for now unless people take the mick :)

The large peaceful garden has secure bike storage.

No smoking or pets are allowed in the property, couples considered at an extra £150-250 per month.

Bills and council tax are included for the property (fair usage, any extra usage is payable by the tenant). Guarantors might be needed.

There is no parking with the property being on the road into the city center, there is secure bike storage at the back of the garden.
