The communal areas are professionally cleaned weekly to help keep the house looking lovely. As with any shared home, tenants are expected to clean up after themselves as they go, particularly in the kitchens – wiping down surfaces, washing up and leaving the space clean and ready for the next person.

We want this to remain a lovely, peaceful home for everyone who lives here.

The house is ideally situated on Newport Road, just moments from City Link Retail Park, giving you shops and everyday amenities practically on your doorstep.

There are numerous bus stops along Newport Road with frequent services into Cardiff city centre, making it extremely convenient for anyone working or studying in the city.

Cardiff city centre is also within walking distance.

There is no allocated parking with the property due to its city location, but secure bicycle storage is available at the rear of the garden.
